How Arthur Works
Three habits shape everything published here.
Primary sources first. Fees come from published fee schedules, regulatory claims from CFTC filings and registration records, and legal status from court rulings — not from other review sites. Where a fact cannot be verified, the review says so rather than guessing. That is why one platform on this site is deliberately unscored: it publishes no fee schedule we could confirm.
Scores follow the rubric, not the relationship. Every platform is measured against the same nine weighted categories. When the facts change, the score changes and the change is logged — Novig moved from 6.0 to 6.8 in August 2026 after replacing its sweepstakes product with a CFTC-regulated exchange, and Polymarket rose from 6.75 to 7.1 when its US platform opened. Placement is never for sale.
Dates on everything. Prediction market rules, fees, and state availability change constantly. Every review carries a last-updated date, every odds page carries a sync timestamp, and outdated claims get corrected rather than quietly left in place.
